Honestly nothing better than warm cinnamon rolls on a rainy day.
This week I was craving something sweet and thought about making cookies but I’ve never really had much luck with cookies but cinnamon rolls, that I KNOW I won’t mess up!

You’ll be needing the following ingredients:
Dough
1 pk yeast
3 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 tsp salt
Filling
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Let’s get started!
Heat milk until warm and add butter and remove from heat. Leave until cool
In the mean time you can start your dough. Add 2.5 cups of flour to large bowl/ mixer along with the other dry ingredients (salt, yeast, white sugar) and mix well.
Slowly start adding warm milk and butter mixture and add half cup out of the remaining flour. Incorporate the rest of water and flour and knead until soft and smooth dough ball is formed.
Let rest for 1/2 hour and begin to lightly flour your space you’ll be spreading the dough. Either use a rolling pin or bottle to flatten out dough evenly. Begin spreading soften butter and then add cinnamon and sugar accordingly. I usually like to spread the sugar and add cinnamon until the ancestors say stop.
Start from the middle and behind to roll and dough into a long cylindrical shape. You can either use a knife or even a piece of thread and evenly cut your cinnamon roll into invidual pieces

Let rest for 45 minutes and they should double/ triple in size as seen below

After raising preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the baking sheet and enjoy!
